We offer a practical lesson at a cooking school in the heart of Catania to learn the art of "making" orecchiette and cavatelli pasta by hand and learning to use the "troccolaturo": the typical knurled rolling pin used for pasta.
During the course three traditional Italian dishes will be made: orecchiette with turnip greens (or broccoli depending on the season), cavatelli with tomato and salted ricotta and troccoli with cuttlefish sauce.
After preparing the dishes, you will enjoy an excellent lunch whose menu will reflect all of the dishes prepared during the lesson.
To memorialize the day, the chef will give you a certificate of participation and the handouts relating to the recipes prepared.

The cooking school is found in Catania, in Piazza San Domenico 30, Catania.
An advance payment of 15% of the total amount is required for the reservation. The balance is due in cash upon arrival.

For cancellations made up to 5 days before the date of service there will be no penalty. For cancellations made from 4 days before until the day of the experience, the deposit paid at booking will be retained.
