We offer you a private cooking lesson in a delicious cooking school in the heart of Catania, to learn the art of preparing fresh pasta: hand-digging orecchiette, cavatelli and gnocchetti.
During the cooking class you will make these three typical fresh pasta shapes together with the chef, learning secrets and tricks of ancient processes that are handed down from generation to generation.
After the preparation of the dishes, you will enjoy an excellent lunch that will have as its own menu the dishes prepared during the lesson.
In memory of the day, the chef will give you a certificate of participation and handouts relating to the recipes prepared.

The cooking school is found in Catania, in Piazza San Domenico 30, Catania.
An advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required for the reservation. The balance is due in cash upon arrival.

For cancellations made up to 5 days before the date of service there will be no penalty. For cancellations made from 4 days before until the day of the experience, the deposit paid at booking will be retained.
