Offers details

Enrich your Sicilian journey with a unique gastronomic experience.

We will take you to an 'agritourism' situated in an area of great natural beauty and historical importance, just 7km from the Archaeological Park of Selinunte, where you will find 30 hectares of citrus and olive groves, all grown according to organic standards.

You will take part in a cooking class of traditional Sicilian cuisine with our chef. The lesson will take place in the restaurant of the agritourism and will last approximately 3 hours, during which you will learn to prepare 3 different recipes typical of the Belice Valley. Some of the dishes you could learn to make: 'beccafico' sardines, 'busiate' pasta with Trapanese pesto, and the sweet, the famous ricotta 'cannoli'. At the end of the lesson there will be a tasting of the dishes which you have helped to prepare, washed down with some local wine and water.

All the necessary equipment will be provided for the class, and at the end of the class each participant will be given a recipe book written by the chef.
