Are you in Sicily on holiday and you would like to enjoy a typical Sicilian meal right in the home where staying? You need to organise a dinner with friends but you are not the best of cooks? You do not have to worry about it. The chef Paolo Bonnanno will organise everything for you! He will pick the best ingredients that are in season and he will only use the oil he produces.

After having taken care of the "mise en place" of the dishes, he will also take care of serving at the table so that you can concentrate all your energies on your guests. Finally, he will take care of the cleaning and putting everything back in its place.

You will only have to choose the menu you prefer among fish or meat. Every menu includes: Starters, First Dish, Main Dish and Dessert.

Whether it is a lunch or a dinner, preparation time is of about 3 hours and after the meal it will take about an hour to clean and rearrange everything.

Some menu example? The meat menu could include: caponata, rigatoni alla norma, sausage and meat rolls, sicilian cannolo. The fish menu could include: seafood salad, busiate seasoned with a red tuna rag and sicilian cannolo.

You will be able to personalise the menu according to your taste and the ingredients will depend on the season.
