Read moreAre you a lover of yoga and meditation? They say that there is nothing better than a relaxing day on board a caique boat while doing yoga - try it and see!
Boarding will take place at the tourist port of Riposto, where you will start your sail towards the splendid city of Taormina. You will start the yoga with the Pranayama techniques, exercises which will help you learn how to manage your breathing. Following this, some Hatha yoga, a practise of controlling your body and mind, promoting strength, physical elasticity and stages of deep relaxation and concentration.
You will have the chance to relax and admire Taormina and its stunning bays, famous around the world: from the renowned Giardini Naxos to the charming inlet of Mazzarò. You will visit the nature reserve of Isola Bella, the Bay of the Sirens and the ancient castle of Saint Alessio.
During the sail you will be provided with soft drinks.
Times: departure at 10.00 or 14.30. Return at 13.30 or 18.00 respectively.
Duration of yoga session: 1 hour.
Departure point: boarding at the tourist port of Riposto (CT).
Maximum 20 people on board. -

- It is necessary to arrive half an hour before the time of departure at the specified address. Animals are not allowed on board.
- In the case of adverse weather conditions which do not allow for the carrying out of the tour, you will be able to arrange another date or request to be reimbursed for the amount already paid.

- Withdrawal permitted up to 30 days before the commencement of the tour. After this point, the amount paid at the time of booking will not be reimbursed.
