Read moreYou will reach Etna by a Land Rover Jeep with a naturalistic guide.
You will spend the night in a mountain shelter, sleeping in a sleeping bag (you may rent it if you wish upon booking the tour). The day after and you will continue the tour until the afternoon.
You will cross an ancient lava flow by Jeep, you will admire the limitless view on Bove Valley and a volcanic depression formed almost 25 thousand years ago where you will find some recent lava flows and some rock formations deriving from collapses of ancient volcanic buildings.
You will visit a lava flow cave and you will walk along a path to see Sartorius Mountains, sleeping craters formed during the eruption in 1865. After this, you will visit a recent lava flow formed in Piano Provenzana.
Free Pick-up: from your accommodation in Catania, Acireale, Giarre, Etna villages, Taormina, Letojanni, Giardini Naxos.
Departure: h 9:30 am. Return h 5:00 pm of the next day.
Trekking Duration: 1 hour the first day, 2,5 hours the next day. -
What is included
- 2 days tour by Jeep and trekking on Etna.
- Overnight at a mountain shelter inside the Park of Etna with sleeping bag; you may use your own sleeping bag or you may rent it, asking for it at the moment of the reservation.
- Pick up from Catania, Acireale, Giarre, Etna villages, Taormina, Letojanni, Giardini Naxos.
- Dinner is not included.
- Everything is not specified in the "include".

- It is suggested to wear comfortable clothes and closed shoes (trekking or tennis shoes).

Booking terms and conditions
- It is required an advanced payment amounting to 15% of the total price. Balance shall be paid on site.
- Upon booking, you are kindly requested to write down your phone number to be contacted by your guide that will communicate you exact time of the pick-up.
- Please indicate also name and address of your Hotel or accommodation. If you don't have these information yet, please communicate the information to the organizer the day before the excursion.

Cancellation policy
- The deposit paid upon booking is not refundable under any circumstances. Withdrawal allowed up to 48 hours before the service begins.
