Detailed Tour
DAY 1. Arrival at Catania' s airport. Transfer to accommodation. Meeting with the guide and briefing on the program. Dinner and OVERNIGHT STAY IN MOUNT ETNA.
DAY 2. Hiking Trail starting on Altomontana road around the western side of Volcano, through old lava flows, woods, craters and suggestive landscapes, to one of refuges that will welcome us for the night. Packed lunch. Camp outside under the stars.
DAY 3. Departure for the other side of the ring under the Volcano. While the crossing of the impressive “Dammusi lava”, we will visit the “Raspberries Cave”, a beautiful example of lava’s tunnel. Packed lunch. Dinner and OVERNIGHT STAY IN MOUNT ETNA.
DAY 4. Transfer to Catania' s airport. -

Terms of use
- This tour can be modified or cancelled following the unappealable decision of the organizer barring exceptional circumstances such as: bad weather conditions, alteration of the state of roads, rock-falls, landslides, flooding on a part or on the total area of the paths, bad medical conditions of one or more participants, unfavourable volcanic conditions. In the above-mentioned cases, the organizer does not refund the Clients owing to partial or total changes to the services. Clients will be able to arrange a new excursion date directly with the organizer without additional charges.

Cancellation policy
- In the case of withdrawal before 24h or on the day of the event the amount paid will not be reimbursed. In the case of withdrawal before 48h, will be reimbursed just 60% of the amount paid.
