Read moreThe sea baptism is your first underwater experience with buoyancy compensator and tank. First, you will attend a brief theory lesson about the equipment and the fundamental rules of diving. We'll then lift the anchor and sail on a rubber dinghy towards the site of the dive. You will be accompanied by a certified diving instructor down to a maximum depth of 5 metres. After about 20 minutes of diving we will return to the boat, strip ourselves of all the equipment, and then it's time for a swim in the crystal clear waters.
The dive will take place at Marzamemi, an old fishing village on a stretch of some of the most beautiful coast of Eastern Sicily.
During the dive each pupil will be accompained by a personal qualified ISDA certified instructor. At the end of the sea baptism, you will be given a ceritificate of attendance.
Duration: approximately 2 hours. -
What is included
- A dive from a dinghy with an instructor.
- Full diving equipment (buoyancy compensator, tank, mask)
- At the end of the dive, you will get a certificate of attendance.

Booking terms and conditions
- To make a reservation a prepayment of 20% of the total is required. The outstanding balance must be paid in cash or by credit card on the day.

Terms of use
- Minimum age admitted: 12 years. All minors should have the specific authorisation of one of their parents or legal guardians. Before starting the diving, you will be asked to sign a paper acknowledging your good health conditions.
- In the case of adverse weather conditions which do not allow for the carrying out of the dive, you will be able to arrange another date directly with the organiser.
